So, we found out a month or so ago that Mila has a slight heart murmur and one side of her heart is bigger than the other. Well, Donnie took her to a puppy, heart specialist last Thursday and we found out we shouldn't have any immediate concerns about her! They want to see her back in a year but that's it! No meds, no surgeries, no special care (well, except for the "light" diet that we've had to put her on since she's been packing on the pounds with mommy!)We thank God for this good news as we never, ever want to lose her. Seriously. Whew...I can't even think about it!

Goodness, I'm sure you had a few nervous days there wondering what was gonna happen to Mila. I'm glad to hear good news! She's going to be a GREAT big sister to lil' MD.
Are you getting anxious about the big day being just around the corner???
You know, I'm not doing that bad. I'm pretty ready. I'll probably be fairly anxious next Friday, then of course Saturday morning. I keep trying to play out what's going to happen in my mind. I'm trying to expect the unexpected... Thanks for asking! How are you holding up? Halfway there, huh... :)
