And on a pretty cool side note - Donnie planned this event for our church! He did a really great job and even got some recognition in Concord's Sunday Independent Tribune. Good job, hun. Everyone had a really great time!
MD and his girlfriend, Maggie, on the "safe" bouncy toy
About as close as he was going to get to the Easter bunny
Our really great friends, the Harrells with their kids (4 of them), mom, niece and nephew (look, a woman taller than me!)
MD was way more excited to pick up an egg and throw it, than to stash it for the candy inside
He did like putting his eggs in his bucket, though
Ewww!
(Part of) Our family!
Trying to climb
All by himself! (OK, not really. Nana was there to spot.)
Swing time with mom, and some juice

Great pictures. Just think, next year he will be climb'n, swing'n, jump'n AND search'n for all the eggs he can. He was a "wild pup" this year BUT watch out for 2010. He'll be in full "swing". Luv ya,NANA...Loved be'n part of your Easter for 09.
These are really great pictures of MD's 2nd Easter Egg Hunt. He was really full of himself and seemed to have the time of his life...with the egg hunt AND on the playground with Mommy, Nana, and PopPop. MD, NaNa and I had a fantastic time celebrating Easter 2009 with you, your Mommy, your Daddy, and your Aunt Jonda. And I agree with NaNa....you will be absolutely WIDE OPEN come Easter 2010. Watch out Mr. Easter Bunny...MDI has you in his sights. I love you my dear, sweet littler man...:)!! PopPop
sorry we couldn't make it...donnie invited us....we have all been sick here in the hasty house....looks like yall had a great time!!!!!!!
